*Terms Associated With Booking Your Excursion:
A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the total price due is required in order to confirm your excursion with Plains to Peak. The balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to the first day of your excursion. Your excursion will be cancelled if the final payment is not received before the due date.
If you wish to book less than 30 days before the first day of your excursion payment in full is due at the time of booking. Plains to Peak (Yusuf H. Ngaina) is not responsible for any costs associated with any changes or modifications made by you during your excursion, including but not limited to, the length of your trip, meals, safari locations, cultural experiences, destinations or accommodations.
Cancelling of an excursion may result in a refund if you have notified Plains to Peak in writing and:
Excursion prices include: All expenses for drivers and vehicles as they apply to the execution of the excursion unless otherwise stated in the itinerary; government taxes, training levies, service charges, all entry fees unless otherwise stated as well as meals, beverages and lodging as outlined in your personally customized itinerary.
Excursion prices DO NOT COVER: personal insurance; travel insurance, airport taxes; landing fees; visas; gratuities to drivers and porters; beverages; laundry; personal expenses of excursion members (i.e. telephone calls etc); any excursion services requested that do not appear in the itinerary.
